We are very proud to announce that we have been awarded the following award this year:
SME Midlands Enterprise Awards 2026 – 2027
Best independent retail destination – East Midlands 2026
For nine years, the SME enterprise awards have been looking at businesses who shine and support the local community. The program reviews anyone from ambitious start ups to long standing established businesses who have shown resilience, determination and commitment to the region.
They recognize the contribution that small to medium enterprises (SMEs) have by not only providing jobs but often pushing forward with fresh and innovative ideas.
Businesses are nominated for awards and then a select independent panel review the business information including nominations, reviews and a variety of publicly available information to aid their decision making.
This year we are extremely happy to win an award and believe it is down to the amazing creativity and diversity of our wonderful tenants – where else can you find a delightful deli, a collectors paradise, a 3 D printing studio, a vinyl shop with in house DJ and a retro gaming arcade not to mention mobile phone repairs and hair and beauty stylist under a stunning glass roof?
